Along the way he has accumulated a wealth of funny stories about his mishaps and misadventures, and uses these hilarious stories to drive home his instruction. Participants are expected to know knots, anchors, swiftwater rescue techniques, and have confidence in the their skills and ability to move within the river and swiftwater environment.
